DESCRIPTION: It’s estimated that roughly 70% - 80% of your immune system is in your gut. If you feed it poorly, your gut will be left with few defenses, easily overwhelmed by bad bacteria, and wide open to disease-triggering inflammation. However, if you introduce good bacteria into the body via fermented foods, you’ll allow for a healthy, balanced gut that can send illness packing!

Gold Mine’s line of probiotic-rich, cultured ferments are 100% organic and raw. Unlike most ferments that you can find at your local grocery store which are usually only fermented for a short time, Gold Mine's raw, organic vegetables are fermented for several weeks to allow enzymes to work their magic and ensure you are receiving the most life-filled and flavor-filled ferments on the market! Through traditional methods of fermenting, Gold Mine is committed to bringing the most nutritionally dense food to your plate because we all know food is medicine. That is also why you will never find any sweeteners in these incredible ferments! With three ferments to choose from, you can enjoy one with any meal, just like our ancestors did!

SUMMER NOTE: Please keep in mind that since Gold Mine Live Ferments are NOT pasteurized, they will continue to ferment during the shipping process in hot, summer months - so there may be a chance it will leak slightly during transit. We will package it well in a plastic bag to keep it from damaging other products in an order but we wanted to make you aware. Simply place the ferment in the refrigerator upon arrival to stop the fermenting process and enjoy :)
