Tin Star Foods - Grassfed Brown Butter Cultured Ghee - 8 oz

Product Code: TIN-BG-8-I

DESCRIPTION: Ghee is the epitome of buttery, flavorful cooking fat, and Tin Star’s Brown Butter is a sinfully delicious new take on this Paleo favorite! By simmering ghee a bit longer, Tin Star produces a rich, aromatic ghee with notes of hazelnut and caramel. It’s perfect in Paleo baked goods, slathered on a sweet potato or plopped in a cup of buttered coffee.

Like all Tin Star Foods Cultured Ghee, Brown Butter is derived from pure cultured sweet cream. Culturing helps produce enzymes that break down the irritating casein and lactose that make dairy indigestible for so many. Combined with a triple filtration process, Tin Star Brown Butter is safe for all but the most sensitive digestive systems—it’s even lab-tested to be completely lactose and casein free! You can see the purity of this product in the gorgeous yellow color, which comes from the cows’ access to lush green grass year round. The result is a mild and delicate Ghee that still has a creamy, rich, butter flavor. And since ghee has an incredibly high smoke point (close to 500 degrees!) it’s a stable cooking fat that can be used in all your favorite recipes.

INGREDIENTS: Cultured Cream

I bought the 8oz jar to taste test before investing in the large jar, I'm an idiot. This stuff is AMAZING and now I need to order the big jar ASAP to avoid running out!! Don't be an idiot - buy the big jar.

Like having this product, but usually make my own ghee at home much cheaper. I buy this when it's on sale :)
